Personnel Department of N F Railway, Headquarter Unit launched a Website exclusively for N F Railway Women Employees with website address https://nfrwemployees.org/ on 31st March, 2023. The website was inaugurated by Shri Anshul Gupta, General Manager, N. F. Railway in presence of AGM/NFR, all PHODs, HODS and other Officers & Staff of Personnel Department and other departments. The concept of launching an exclusive website of women employees done with the consent of Shri Chandrajit Saikia, Pr. Chief Personnel Officer/NFR with a view to encourage equal participation of women employees in Railway Service and encourage women empowerment activities at large at Railway workplace.
This is an exclusive initiative of Personnel Department of HQ Unit to facilitate the Railway Women Employees of N F Railway with all the information related to Women employees, facilities provided to women employees at work place, Circulars/Policies issued by Railway Board and N F Railway for Women employees, necessary guidance and support to women employees in all service & welfare matters, highlight achievements of Women Employees, submission of Grievance through HRMS or other medias, Register Complaint to Internal Complaint Committee in case of sexual harassment at workplace, Laws related to Women, etc.
Concept, planning, contents & designing of the website has been done by Ms. Pratibha Sinha, Assistant Personnel Officer/MPP & IT, NFR HQ, Maligaon and assisted by Site Developer Team of Vawsum Schools Private Limited, Kolkata in site developing and hosting the website.
